ELIGIBILITY
At Essential Living Group, we welcome both seniors and military veterans who are seeking safe, affordable, and community-focused housing. To join our residency, applicants should meet the following criteria:

Age: 60 years or older (exceptions may apply for veterans).

Veteran Status: Verified U.S. military service (DD214 or equivalent) for veteran applicants.

Independence: Able to live safely in a community setting with limited daily assistance.

Commitment to Community: Willingness to participate in shared spaces, activities, and respect house guidelines
